Tour itinerary
This itinerary is customizable. Please enquire. |

Day 1 | You reach Shimla either on your own or with our assistance from Delhi. Night in a hotel (2200 m). |
Day 2 | From Shimla to Reckong Peo via Narkanda. 7 hours drive. Night in a hotel (Kalpa, 2800 m). |
Day 3 | From Reckong Peo to Tabo monastery in the Spiti valley. 8 hours drive. Night at the monastery guest house (3290 m). |
Day 4 | After the morning prayer with the monk, we move to the Dankhar monastery and come back at the riverside for a camping. 2 hours drive. Night under tents (3430 m). |
Day 5 | From Dankhar to the Komic monastery via Kaza. We camp near the monastery. You will really enjoy the company of the monks. Night under tents (4530 m). |
Day 6 | Day hike to a nearby peak. We start walking from the camp and reach an altitude of 5260 m. Night under tents (4530 m). |
Day 7 | From Komic to the Kie monastery for a visit and then Sumling where we stay in a homestay to enjoy the local culture. 2-3 hours drive. Night in the guest house (3750 m) |
Day 8 | From Sumling to Chandratal lake via the Kunzum pass. It is a very scenic day. 5 hours drive. Try to be at the lake for the sunset ! Night under tents (4150 m). |
Day 9 | Enjoy your day walking around the Chandratal lake and ask your guide to take to some stunning places for photography. Night under tents (4150 m). |
Day 10 | From Chandratal to Manali via the beautiful Chandra valley and the Rohtang pass. 7 hours drive. Night in a hotel in Manali (2000 m). |
