Ookhal trek takes you from the Tirthan valley to the Sainj valley via Marahni. From Rangthar to the lake the trek is very scenic as you walk on the edge of the mountain.
Altough there are some very pleasant pathways, there are a few steep slopes on the trek and the crossing of the pass is somehow exposed to the void.
You need to be very fit to do this itinerary in 4 days. |
